Do such work in which you feel good. Which makes you happy to do. In which you do not feel tired while working. Your confidence increases in the work in which you perform well. We score such goals many times which is very impossible. In such a situation, we get disappointed due to which its difference is visible in our life. So keep these things in mind to have a measurable goal that you can meet. Never set such a goal that I will start running 100 km tomorrow itself.

You always have to keep in mind that when and to whom to say no, it is very important in life. If you were about to work and if someone invites you to hang out, then you have to refuse in that direct way. This is a mantra of life.
